As the Managing Agent for Sanger Circle Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Townhome Townhall Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 8th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a proposed increase in Townhome assessments that will be effect January 1st, 2026. We encourage the participation of townhome owners in this meeting as we will be prepared to provide ample explanation as well as field any questions as well.
