Reported Rodent Issues / Townhome Insurance Claims / ACC Requests

As the Managing Agent for Sanger Circle Homeowners Association, Inc., we would like to share the following important updates and reminders for Sanger Circle HOA.

1. Reported Rodent Issues

  • The HOA is currently assessing the homeowner-reported issues of rodents in the community, and we are in contact with multiple pest/rodent control vendors to proceed with the most appropriate course of action.
  • Specifically, we are addressing the Townhomes and the Common Areas as it pertains to pest and rodent issues

2. Townhome Insurance Claims

  • With the recent storms, specific to the Townhome owners, the Association has already been in contact with the Association’s insurance carrier and the vendors that will likely be performing the repairs. We have opened a claim and are currently awaiting the date that the carrier’s adjuster is available to meet the vendors and the Association Manager on-site to assess damages. Following that meeting, once the Scope of Work is agreed upon by all parties, we will commence the repairs as soon as possible.

3. ACC Requests

  • Due to the recent storms, we understand that many homeowners are undertaking repairs to the exterior of their homes. Assuming that the repairs are like and kind to what was previously on any respective home, an ACC request is not necessary to be submitted. If the repairs are different than what was previously on the home, we do ask that homeowners submit an ACC Request through the Association’s website just to be sure.
