Yard Signage

As the Managing Agent for Sanger Circle Homeowners Association, Inc. we would like to send you all a reminder regarding Yard Signs. Per the community’s Governing Documents Section 1.6 (r) “Uses Specifically Prohibited” states; “No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any lot except one (1) professional sign of not more than six (6) square feet advertising the property for sale, or professional signs not exceeding twelve (12) square feet used by a builder to advertise the property during the construction and sales period.”
