Community Pond

Published: November 29, 2024

The Sanger Circle Homeowners Association, Inc. would like to send a friendly reminder regarding the upkeep on the community’s common area pond. We have received some complaints regarding vandalism, digging of trenches, trash, and objects/structures being left around by visitors. The areas dug up around the pond had grass prior to Essex Management taking over the HOA and will now have to pay to replace, as well as making repairs needed to the damaged fish feeder. Any fishing docks/temporary structures that are not installed by the HOA will be removed. If you, or someone you know has installed the temporary dock/pallets at the pond, or has seen any digging, or bringing in of rocks we ask that you either have it removed immediately or inform Essex. As the managing agent for the Association, we ask that, when using the common area, that you clean up after yourself and properly dispose of any trash, items, or materials. We appreciate your attention to this matter and helping keep the beautification of the pond and surrounding common areas within the community.

If you see any unlawful activity please contact your local law enforcement. Should you have any questions regarding this matter you may contact your Community Association Manager, Caspar Sullivan at caspar@essexhoa.com or by submitting your inquiry via the “Contact Us” tab on the Association’s website at www.sangercirclehoa.com and an Essex representative will respond promptly.
